Thrift Store is the Perfect Costume Store

A few years ago, my daughter came to me and said, "Hey Mom. I need a 'vintage' costume for DI and I looked in your closet and couldn't find anything." I wasn't sure if I should be peeved or pleased. So I took her to Value Village where she picked out some cool stuff that she was able to repurpose. She was happy... and so was my wallet. It's all about using your imagination!
